Phoenix is a big city and we do not pretend to cover all of it. Our practical range is the east and central side — Arcadia, Biltmore-adjacent neighborhoods, Ahwatukee, and the areas along the 202 and 143 that are a straight run from Mesa. Inside that range we do everything we do at home.

East Phoenix has some of the oldest and best landscaping stock in the Valley. Arcadia in particular is full of mature citrus, olive and shade trees on lots that were originally citrus groves, many still fed by flood irrigation. Those trees are worth real money and they need species-appropriate care: citrus trimmed at the right time so you do not sunburn the bark or cost yourself a season of fruit, and shade trees thinned for structure rather than topped.

The irrigation in these older neighborhoods is frequently a patchwork of three or four eras of repairs. We are comfortable untangling that — finding the leaks, mapping what actually connects to what, replacing failed valves and emitters, and putting the whole property back on a controller and a schedule that makes sense for what is actually planted.
